Ever Jay Greenwood Memorial Scholarship
The Ever Jay Greenwood Memorial Scholarship Fund was established on July 14, 2004, by Paris and Maria Greenwood. Paris ’86 successfully the balanced the rigors of electrical engineering and successes on the football field. Every Jay Greenwood raised her son Paris and daughters, Laetitia Turner and Clovette Coulter, as a single parent in Richmond, CA. To commemorate the vibrant life of Ever Jay and to acknowledge the challenges she met with strength, pride and dignity, Paris and Maria wish to honor her spirit with creation of this scholarship fund.
Impact
The purpose of the Ever Jay Greenwood Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to undergraduate students majoring in the School of Engineering who are either of African American, Filipino or Hispanic descent.
