Inouye Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Inouye Endowed Scholarship Fund was established on January 11th, 1993 by Mr. Mamoru Inouye in memory of Hirokichi and Asa Inouye. Hirokichi and Asa were Japanese pioneers who persevered against discriminatory measures during World War II and successfully established a new life in the U.S.

Impact

The purpose of the Inouye Endowed Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarships for undergraduate students with a preference for those pursuing a degree in the area of mathematics, science, or engineering.
