James L. and Eileen Murphy Endowed Fund

The James L. and Eileen Murphy Endowed Fund was established on August 13th, 2018 by James L. and Eileen Murphy Endowment Fund. James Leo Murphy and Mary “Eileen” Murphy were long friends of SCU and Fr . Tony Mancuso, University alumnus and staff member. He met with the couple every Sunday for mass or visited them at their home. Mrs. Eileen Murphy was an avid member of SCU’s Catala Club,, becoming BP of the club in 1967. The Murphy’s were founding members of the St. John Viany and established a fund for retired priests.
