Expendable: J.W. Bagley Foundation Scholarship

2021 Addendum – The purpose of this expendable fund is to fund scholarships with with a requirement that awarded students enrolled at SCU as members of the LEAD Scholars Program. It is the donor’s desire that particular attention be given to enhancing the social, economic, and cultural diversity of the student body by giving preference where possible to students who are Black, African American, Native American, or Latinx beginning for the school year term 2021 – 22. These preferences honor the legacy established by our founder, James W. Bagley. Should no LEAD Scholars in general match our diversity preferences, please award the scholarship funds to any student of color enrolled in the LEAD Scholars Program

The J.W. Bagley Foundation Scholarship was established in 1998 by the J.W. Bagley Foundation to provide financial assistance to deserving freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior. All returning students must maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Swap of need-based funds however FinAid should be notified to post to the students award letter.
