Donald B. Starkey Memorial Basketball Endowment

Athletics: The Donald B. Starkey Memorial Basketball Endowment was established in 1998 by Virginia Harrison and James Starkey to provide a men’s basketball scholarship for an athlete in need. If a student-athlete with financial need is not available from men’s basketball, then the scholarship may be awarded to another student-athlete in Division 1 Sports. Preference shall be given to a qualified candidate of minority ethnic status.
