Arthur Hull Hayes, Jr. and Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Arthur Hull Hayes, Jr. and Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established on June 2, 2010 by Barbara A. Hayes in memory of her husband, Arthur Hull Hayes, Jr. Doctor Hayes was a member of the Santa Clara University Class of 1955 and was the University’s first Rhodes Scholar. The purpose of this scholarship is to honor the memory of Dr. Hayes and his love for Santa Clara University and to provide financial support to students who strive to follow his example through the university honors program. Recipients should demonstrate good academic standing that qualifies them for the university honors program.
