Patrick Heffernan Memorial Fund

Not a scholarship – funds Agribusiness operations. Patrick Heffernan Memorial Endowed Scholarship was originally established in 1985 with the purpose of providing scholarships for students participating in courses offered through the Food and Agribusiness Institute of the Leavey School of Business. On October 21, 2003 the donor has agreed to amend the terms of the original agreement to support the FAI efforts to enhance the program and help in the recruiting of students and FAI student financial aid. Recipients should demonstrate good academic standing and financial need. The income from the endowment now goes to support the general FAI program. (FAI) – as it is no longer a scholarship, but a fund to enhance the program of Food and Agribusiness Institute.
